One Account Per Player
Each individual Player is permitted to maintain only one active account on 8e885. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 8e885 will merge or close the additional accounts, withhold any associated balances or pending withdrawals, and void any bonuses claimed across the duplicate accounts. General Bonus Terms
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by 8e885 are subject to specific terms stated at the time each offer is made available. Bonuses are credited to a Player's bonus balance and are not immediately withdrawable. VIP Loyalty Rewards
Points earned through the 8e885 VIP loyalty program are subject to the VIP Program Terms, which form part of these Terms and Conditions. VIP tier status, point balances, and associated benefits may be adjusted by 8e885 at any time in accordance with the VIP Program Terms. VIP rewards, including cashback and priority withdrawal privileges, are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash directly unless the specific reward terms state otherwise.

6. Intellectual Property and Platform Use

7. Limitation of Liability

Service Availability
8e885 will use reasonable efforts to ensure that the Platform is available and functioning correctly at all times. However, 8e885 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous access to the Platform. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond 8e885's control (including but not limited to internet outages, third-party service failures, and force majeure events). 8e885 is not liable for any loss suffered by a Player as a result of Platform unavailability.

Game Outcomes and Technical Errors
All game outcomes on 8e885 are determined by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the dealer's actions. 8e885 is not responsible for errors in game outcome display caused by a Player's device, browser, or internet connection. In the event of a genuine technical error that affects a game round, 8e885 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to Players. Winnings resulting from a clearly erroneous payout (such as a system error displaying an incorrect multiplier) may be voided at 8e885's discretion.

Maximum Liability Cap
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8e885's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. In no event shall 8e885 be liable for indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind, even if 8e885 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Amendments, Termination and Governing Law
8e885 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform. Where the amendment materially affects Players' rights, 8e885 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to the address registered on the account. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
8e885 may suspend or terminate a Player's account at any time, with or without notice, if the Player is found to be in breach of these Terms, if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or by an order of a competent authority. Upon termination for breach, all bonus balances and any winnings derived from bonus play will be forfeited. Real-money balances that are not subject to active investigation may be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
